We finally started working on the toy a couple months ago... making it drivable again, brother re-did the wiring and was suprised the thing hadn't burned to the ground yet...:( just some long over due tlc.. heres some of the pictures we have so far.
We wont be having any gastank problems anymore as theres a new tank in there... and the lines aren't pinched on this one...

Update on the rig. It's been a long time since pics have been posted and any work has been done on the truck, but I have done a few things and work is begining to pick up and shit is getting done. Back in the summer of '09 got the new rear leafs, high steer, made a jerry can holder. In the last few weeks I have been helping out a friend with a 4x4 trailer and it has inspired me to get my shit done. Was at a cross road of what to do with the drivetrain. It's gonna be a w56 with a trail gear dual t case setup. I making some homemade mudflaps/brackets aswell. Got the dash apart to button up the wiring so there'll be no fires :) Here is some more pics. Please add any suggestions or comments.

69FJ40

I picked all those up at Princess Auto. Sometimes they don't have em. The small 2" light is kind of dim for a turn signal, might do an oval light for the turns instead.

Got the crossmember, mounts, gotta decide if I want to do the twin stick, think I might. Yeah it's a 2.28 crawl box and 4.7 transfer. I'll have to send both my driveshafts in at the same time to shorten/lengthen. Hopefully it'll look something like this when I'm done.
