Hey you all...

I finaly got satellite internet, so I got some up dates for you all:D

I left a month befor the rest of my family to get my horses moved, I got up here a week befor May long weekend.... May long weeked I headed to the rodeo to help out... but did not make it on time:dontknow:

....................................... cause I wrote off my truck:rolleyes:

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0834.jpg
Front End, notice the clamps holding my tranny cooler on

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0178.jpg
One of the 5 cracks that was put into my canopy when it caught a tree and got ripped off, I only put it back on to get it off the road

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0831.jpg
Side of the bed of pushed down when the canopy ripped off

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0830.jpg
Bed or Frame got twisted when the canopy got ripped off

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0836.jpg
Front fender got pushed up when I bounced into the ditch

So that was my truck.... most of the damage was cause by the canopy, and ICBC wrote it off cause the tranny had a good chance off also being a write off[16]

Family shows up !!!!!!!!:party0010:

Dads truck pulling a trailer with everything we own, if I did not fit it was not coming

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0747.jpg
Part of the road to our Ranch

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0578.jpg
Driving up the logging road to the ranch, for some reason the trailer started to dig in, we thought maybe it was soft road cause they just were grading it:dontknow: But then the truck just dug in and would not move forward anymore

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0552.jpg
We get out to check out why we are not moving, and to our suprise we find a tire from the trailer

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0549.jpg
The reason the truck was not going forward

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0560.jpg
Digging it out

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0571.jpg
Found the reason the tire came off

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0601.jpg
Guy grading the road give a helping hand and does the digging, He also tried to help lift the trailer with his blade.....

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0606.jpg
Guess there aint much bracing on that corner:confused:

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0605.jpg
Bought the extra insurance... :p

And guess what, no spare.... so it took 7 hours for our only nabours to go to town and get 3 (remeber that #) tires on wheels...

But with great luck we had everything we needed to sit it out

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0575.jpg

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0586.jpg
Our nabours made up pie[36] it was still warm when they found us stuck on the road

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0580.jpg
Beer.. Need I say more??

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0581.jpg
My Dad just waiting, not a care in the world.... notice out dinning chairs...

So we get there late it pouring rain, but every one, including out new nabours get everything unloaded[cheers]

Now only thing left is to return the trailer.. no problem right??? It has two new tires and wheels... and we have a spare.. What could go wrong??

My dad and my self heading out early the next morning from Burns lake hoping to hit Vancouver the same day.. 4 hours later at 9am pulling into Prince George to get gas this we notice the trailers following funny...

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0633.jpg
OOOOOOOOOOOO thats the problem...

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0634.jpg
Every stud was gone:confused0006:

http://i104.photobucket.com/albums/m167/cowgirlcountry/100_0637.jpg
The other tire was on it way to:eek:

But we had yet another spare..
All fixed and we pulled safe and sound into Vancouver the next morning...

Nope no power.. Ill do a post of the ranch in a day or so when I have time to go through the pics:D Our house is running off solar power, and a diesel gen..

Cooking stove, water and fridge run off propane...

The dish and to get it installed was $800, and at the fastest conection we can get its $189 a month, for the slowest one its somthing like $40 a month...
