I know this is not in BC but I thought I would share some of our Family Vacation with you.

At the grand parents in AZ picking up the Camper took us only a day and 1/2 to get there
58144

out for dinner
58120

Trying to get Scott to back up enough to hear the POP
58119

58113

58115

our pet outside our bedroom
58118

Grandma Showing the kids all about the differnt cactus's....this one is as sharp as a needle
58114

58116

58117

Spent some time in the Grand Canyon. Incredible to say the least!!
58121

58112

58122

58123

58124

At one point the temperture was 44 so we found a few places to cool off along the way
58127

Along the way we spent he night at a river or lake. Can't understand why people pull into RV or pay camp sites
58125

Going through parks in the US will cost you. We spend over $100 just to drive through...this one ticked me off cause they charged us over width..but what a drive!!!!!
58098

This Park was called Zion and if you get a chance to drive it, it would be worth your time!!
58099

They charged us over width cause of these narrow tunnels
58100

Watering the desert
58101

Could have spent more time in Zion but had to keep moving
58102

58103

This is the famed El capitan in Yosemite park... I have always wanted to jump off that.
58126

The redwood forest in Northern California
58132

58133

58134
58104

We rented a Sand buggie for WILD ride on the Oregon sand dunes
58105

Stopped for lunch and fed some rodents
58135

58136

When spent some time on the Oregon Coast and flew a kite...we have to go back here
58106

58140

58107

58108

58109

58110

58111

We drove the back roads of the Oregon coast and saw lots of whales
58131

58128

58137

Spending time to play on the beach
58129

58130

Having some fun !!
58138

But the adventure is almost over and time to go home. Everyone agrees this was the best Family road trip EVER!!
58139

2nd

that looks like ya could have gone over it:confused0006:
There was a lot of senery like this. I could have spent a week in Zion park and all I could think about was the HUGE amount of traction you get on those rocks. Would love to wheel there
58150

3rd
did ya see his ox Babe :dontknow:
Yup he was right next to him... complete with huge bull balls..I pointed them out to Ann
58151

4th

We took their advise and left the camera behind. I'm kicking myself for doing that. We were covered in sand but I should have put it in a plastic bag. This was a great highlight of the trip!

58152

5th

did ya know they taste good with onions and bacon bits:D
There sure were enough of them to make a meal. They even climbed right into the camper.......I should have kept one for a pet
58153

awesome pics.. trees of mystery in redwood national park is one of my favorite places to go to. Come to think of it, driving down the 101 is one of the best drives ever. I used to go there so much as a kid when we'd drive to cali. Speaking of which, I was there last year, but i got teabagged

Cool pictures Kevin (Honky). I liked the tunnel picture in the Zion park. It looked kind of small that tunnel. How fast could you drive on the sand dunes? I liked the picture of your kids jumping. [cheers]

I've done a similar trip a few times. The first time I did the 2 seater Dune buggy on the dunes, but it wasn't fast enough. So the next time I opted for the ATV's. Definately reccommed the Oregon Dunes to anyone looking for a fun trip
