Looking at maybe picking up some TJ flares for the XJ. The front driver side aftermarket junkie flare is being held on by 1+1/2 rivets (out of 4). Anyone done this? how much did you pay for the flares?

I just bought some Rubicon flares (5" wide) to put on my XJ. Unfortunately they are still in new west so haven't put them on yet but I'll let you know how it goes when I do get them on. there are lots of write ups on the net that I am getting info from. I paid $200 for the set of 4. Would have preferred 4 rear flares but...eh...that's what the guy had...

I've fitted tj flares to my last 2 xj's, paid $100 for 4,
here's a link to my first attempt :http://www.funinbc.com/forum/showthread.php?t=50042&highlight=tj+flares+xj
What backspacing are those wheels and how wide are those tires, 11.5? How much do they stick out past the body in total...and nothing past the flares right?
What kind of TJ do i get those exact flares from? Any year?
Best looking flares I've seen.

The rims are AR767's with I believe 3.5 inch back spacing, the flares are just over 3 inches wide and just cover the tires. All TJ flares should be the same with the exception of the Rubicon, which I think are 5 inches wide and alot harder to find. I don't know if you noticed but I used rear flares on the front.
