well... what year? Theres many different f150s...

I have a 6" procomp in my 95, I like it, rides nice, the longer arms are worth the extra dough$$

yikes 99 i tell ya what i have 7 inches of lift 3 body and rear blocks in my 2000... made the front lift NO DROPPED CROSSMEMBER I would never again lift an ifs!!! 37s kill it and my 35s barely keep it alive .. if ur gonna mostly drive it on the street OK but if ur gonna wheel it SAS!!! in fact ill be doing mine soon and if u want ill be selling everything!!!! trutrac/locker..custom cv shafts..steering stabilizer(custom since thers is no bought lift kit in it!) everything thats in the front!!! 4 inches of lift no cv angle probs at all!!! but bigger tires will pound ur idler arm/pittman arm/ pm me if u want to know more about it or price....
personally if u want wheel it SAS or the cheapest lift for it is a 3 inch body and u can put 33s less front end probs...ANd they really dont like to be jumped!!!!!!!

Have someone SAS it for you love kitten, its the safest you can do with your experience level.

Unless you're going to sas it, you're wasting the money thats going to pay for the lift.

'edit' - take your time. Building a truck isn't 'oh hey, someone told me this is good, it looks cool, its payday and dad said ok, so i'm doing it tomorrow!!!'

TAKE YOUR TIME AND DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. <i think someone has drilled that into your head at work too :p >
