I have a 87 YJ Jeep, and my rear drive shaft has a fairly decent angle to it:confused: whats the best way of getting rid of that?? some friends mentioned shims?!?!?!?

angle shims help but if your running 4" lift or more get a SYE and CV driveshaft. well worth it in the long run

10 inch's !! yeah better do some googling ...you should install a SYE ...
slip yoke eliminator ...its a kit that removes the slip yoke in the t-case...once installed you can mount a high angle D-shaft...this gets rid of the vibrations which lead to bearing failures in your drive shaft...T-case and axle .... some people dont bother with it ...and dont mind the vibrations ...others do ...I drive to abby from surrey every day ..drove me nuts ..finally installed the SYE kit last weekend ..grabbed a drive shaft at the wreckers...now its nice and smooth ...In my opinion ..I thinks its well worth the cash ...
