my dad has some 16" whitespoke 1/2 ton ford rims on his 95 dodge 1/2 ton. The newer F150s (97-03) have 16", 5 on 5.5" patten rims. Dunno bout backspacing. You should be able to buy some at crappy tire for about 60 bucks a rim.

i have a set on my 2001 dodge, 5 bolt, 16s, bought them off a guy who hard em on his bronco, he bought them off a guy that had em on his dodge, and the dodge factory offset is messed, and the dodge factory rims fit on dodges only

Those are metric for sure.... 5-on-135mm I believe.
EDIT: If you want old skinny steelies, Jeep, Ford, IH, and Dodge were all available with 16" 5-lug wheels on 1/2-tons up to the mid 70's.
I bought some new ones from my local tire shop, 16x7 with 3.5 backspace spoke rims for about $70 each
