Well what can I say but sorry this may cause jealousy .....:party0010:

I have been doing tons of diving and getting some certification while I'm at it :

-Advanced Open Water Diver
-Night Diver
-Deep Water
-Multi Level
-Underwater Photography
-Underwater Orintearing
-First Responder First Aid
-Rescue Diver

Now I'm thinking of just biting the bullet and doing the Dive Master course as it would allow me to stay for another 6+ months and actually make money rather than just spend it. The Island I have been hanging out at is called Koh Tao and is in the gulf of Thailand just north of the big Islands of Koh Samui and Koh Pan-Yang. It's a tropical paradise and I would suggest it to anyone looking to take a vacation with white beaches, 95+F water, tons of parties and a quiet side, if a break is needed. I have met some very cool people here and am feeling a little less home sick. Although my Jeep would be very nice to drive around here. I will be adding some more pics soon as I can, but it is pricey here to do anything to do with computers. Any questions please feel free to ask and if anyone wants to come here I'll get FIBC peeps a good rate on diving lessons [36] ..... Anywho, enough talk, here are the start of the pics ..........

Me with my first Sea Turtle

Jess and I on the boat going on a morning dive

Blue Ringed Angel Fish (aprox.12-14")

Some buddies, my Instructor (Simon) and Me

Great pics! I don't know you but I'm definately jealous.I've been to Thailand but never got to see stuff like that. We were in the city. If you guys get a chance you should check out Borneo while you're over there.(I know it's not like you can just stop in but...) That's the place I'd go back to over and over.
Cheers. Looking forward to more pics.

There are tons of different spiecies of Parrots here .... still havent figured out which one the pic is of. All the placquards I have checked don't have that one. Going to ask my DM tomorrow.

As for the smudge it was condensation in the case .... cheap-o Canon I rented from the dive shop. It worked ok but had some problems and I was more than happy to get the pics I did out of the junker.

[cheers] Thanks all
