where to start..... cinar blocks...4 inch square tube body lift...hideus rear drop bracket...both your axles have moved forward because you didn't do the lift/shackles properly....unit bearing front end...am i missing anything? You know its ok to do stuff properly eh?

whats wrong with useing square tubing for a body lift? Now granted if it were me I would weld the tubing to the frame and close in one end of the tubing to prevent it from collapsing (or did I just solve the problems doing the square tube body lift?)

06-20-2007, 08:28 PM
thats what i was going to do all along weld it to the frame and box it.

so long as its a proper bodylift and not 3" box tube that sounds like a great idea.

The reason its sitting kind of cock eyed is becuase the bolts to small i should have the right one in tomorrow . And the reason i did it is because i wanst thinking when i bought the chevy spring hangers that they were each 1.5 inches off what dodge is . but its stall way better than it was the first time i think it will be fine my dads a welder an dhe welded them . Im not just trying to fuck this truck together . i want it to work right also so well see ho wthis ork when i take it for a drive .

The leaves are still in the stock dodge location but the chevy hanger sticks out farther so that was my sultion.

I've had square tube body lift for couple years now with no problems. but you have to have just one bolt going through everything not 2 seperate ones
