last I looked the 32 spline mainshaft to replace the 10 spline 203 stuff was $240 usd
if I was you I would swap the mainshaft in the sm465 and use the more common tougher t400 input on the 203

good luck on your search. I sold mine to Florida for $200usd

$200US is allot less then a 32 spline 465, longer adapter, re-do cross members belly plate trackbars, shorten and legthen shafts.

I'll keep lookin

ORD sells a 32spline replacement shaft for your application for $240usd
you only have to change a mainshaft and an input gear and it all bolts in

you do not need to change anything other then the shaft and gear if you already have a 465/203 setup

3. Use the factory SM465 to NP203 adapter housing with ORD's new 32 spline SM465 output shaft and a 32 spline input gear in the NP203. This allows the shortest overall length with the highest strength, most durable spline connection.

tried them allready, they have none instock and don't plan on getting anymore made, but that was the way I've been wanting to go. Lost one shaft with a michine shop that said they could make a 32 short sm465.

I have a shaft I am sending to get modified at H&F

ORD sucked at advertising that shaft

it is an old German guy in abbotsford Mt lehman south of fraser
looks like a nasty old barn on the west side of lehman
inside is a very clean shop with at least 5 gear cutters
if he cant help there is/was an Aussie or Kiwi in Chilliwack

H&F can't work with hardened material, and don't let him know your a wheeler, He thinks we are all out there scaring baby birds out of there nests and running down deer untill there feet blead:dontknow: ,

OTT industrys is the place, shitty drive to go to Richmond, but I should have gone there along time ago, to respline my 2wdr shaft to a 32 spline output and cut in a snap-ring groove for the bearing retainer will take them around 1 1/2 hours and they charge $60/hour, what a deal[36] , plus they say it will be done next week, unlike NWF which has had my other 2wdr shaft since july 06go fuck yourself . if all goes well I can say good by to my worn out 10 spline 203 and replace it with the 32 spline in the next couple of weeks[36]
