thought that might get ya to look, figured i'd have to trick you cause no one likes.........electrical problems :hitler:
i haven't checked anything out yet, hoping for just a fuse but i don't know shat when it comes to these wire things.
parking brake and battery lights stay on when i'm driving but go off sometimes, it kinda seems to coincide with rpm's or speed, and the lights don't come on automatically when i start it up anymore, i actually have to turn the knob
so that's that, i hope it's simple, i'll try and figger it out before work in the mornin i suppose

alright cool stuff, i was just confused because i didn't think that would affect the running lights but it's beginning to sound like this is the case.

turns out the alternator was fine, of course i didn't figure that out until after i changed the fucker. who'd a thunk the turn signal fuse controls the alternator output :dontknow: them silly japanese fucks. didn't mind the wrenchin but coulda done without buying the alternator instead of a fuse
04-01-2007, 09:11 AM
so yah didnt have signals??
04-01-2007, 10:32 AM
scratch that, it was the DRL fuse, i thought the headlight fuse controlled the running lights too but not so. with that stupid fuse gone there is no output at the alternator for some reason or another.
