sounds like a fusible link, or bad battery connections.

could be your starter

check your connections, i know it's the obvious but they are really finnicky on the toy they use to screw me around all the time, till i went and bought new ones

fusable link should be in the fuse block under the hood id check the connections try roll starting it and if that works it would probably be the connections to the battery or the starter!

there is i think 2 plugs that go to the + terminal, they are about 5" away from the battery, make sure they have a good connection, i had the same problem a couple years ago, one wire broke and the truck had lights but no power to the ignition
