hey whats up everyone my names colton im 17 and im pretty much a newb when it comes to 4x4ing i own a two tone (green beige) 1991 ford explorer obviously 4x4 and its the eddie bauer edition (somehoe that makes it special:o ) as for equipment im usually low on cash so nothing too major YET i have a 4x4ing light kit built into the bumper bran new shocks a cb radio and big beefy aurora A/T tires wich i have yet to put on becasue i need a body lift first so they fit nothing special under the hood just a bone stock warn down 4.0 v6 with over 345000 km on it but dont get me wrong for what she is my baby eats mud and can take a beating so if any other explorer lovers wanna give me some tips or cool inexpensive mods gimme a shout![cheers]

Welcome to the board. Don't mind these Ford bashers, they're all jealous! What size tires are your aurora's? If they're 31x10.5 they'll fit just fine without a lift. AS far as the eddies go, yer in the lap of luxury my friend! Easiest and cheapest mod you can do to the exploder is an add a leaf in the rear and F-150 coil spacers for the front, it'll net you about 2 inches, enough to maybe stuff 32's on her.

well said mike and yea he had the tires over at my house a wile ago they will fit on fine i just think there gunna rub the leafs when he does sharp turns.

Yeah, they'll rub the radius arms a little, and I mean a little, only on full turn, really nothing to worry about! How's that stock radio from my Bronco treat'en ya? :D [cheers]

As I always say...Chev lovers had Lego as a Kid (easy to put together, easy to fall apart)
Ford lovers had Mecano as a kid, (took a whlie to figure it out, but dam tough when you built it)

nice, another ford explorer, depending on the tire size, if there 33s they will fit with a 3 inch lift with some minor trimming. lets see some pics!

thanx alot you guys and yeah mike they are 31x10.5s so theyll fit just fine and thanx for he lift idea too ill definetly keep that in mind i got alot of plans for her ill get some poics asap for u guys see ya around the trails[cheers]
