Need to figure out a way to make a steeing arm for a saginaw conversion on my fj40. No machine shop will touch it because of the legalities. Dont really want to order one from the states, but might have to.

I used a Aqualu steering arm on my spring over. Aqualu sells new ones still, but I am sure you can find an older one, because they have been around for years.

I may have asked the wrong question, what I am trying to do is replace my tie rod from the pitman arm to the steering arm on the pass side. I think I found a solution but anymore ideas would be great.

Well are you just using stock steering arms and lickanges. I have some of the part numbers for those. Matching tie rod ends can be a real pain in the ass with all the different threads and rod end sizes.

Got it figured out, new rod and have new tie rods getting machined right now.
