Went up to jones lake on saturday to meet some friends. waited almost 40 minuites for the slowest equiptment operator in the world to load one truck with logs on the way up, other than that it was a smooth (bumpy) drive up. weather wasnt half bad during the day a nice consistant BC drizzle, but i think we're all used to that.

its 1? or 2? exits west of hope on the number one laidlaw road. snow wasnt that deep on the road in..it was more of a long muddy hillclimb to the campsite. there was a lot of logging activity up there so exploring and snow wheeling was actuly kept to a minimum. there was about 1.5 feet of snow at the lake the roads are mostly plowed though...just an awesome time though!
