Hello, I'm new to the 4x4 game and got a couple simple questions.
How much lift would i need to safely fit 36's on my truck? Just looking for the minimum amount needed. I'm not worried about wheel travel, won't be getting to technical out there, I'd just like a little more clearance under the propane tanks.
What company would you recommend for the lift?
Anything else you'd recommend for a newbie looking to make the truck a little bit stronger out there?
The truck is a 88 F250 with the 460. It currently has 285's on it that rub just before full lock.
Oh, and if anybody knows of some cheap 35's or 36's for sale that will fit a 16" rim that'd be cool too.

A 4 inch lift with 35's would give it a nice stance, As for brand of lift, Im not sure if pro-comp makes one for the leaf-sprung TTB, but I know Sky-jacker does.

make sure you got tow points and a tug strap, you should post some picks too.
