all depends on how much money you have to spend

Does it already have a big block? Then it would only be incredibly hard and expensive, as opposed to ridiculously, stupidly hard and expensive. What on earth makes you think this is feasible for anyone with less than 50G (for the swap alone) to blow on something and more time than they know what to do with?

for the price you could turbo or supercharge or or or or what you got and make more power for less money

unless you got a 6 or a blown mtr

do you already have the moter, what kind of tranny is in your truck right now, because if its a th400 i'd say do'er, the moter should fit but don't put afan on it, i'd but an elictrical fan on the rad, the other thing is you might want to find a 4core rad to cool that big block down.
