I'd recommend using chevy 3/4T diffs( d44/10 bolt w/ 14 bolt full floater) with 38's until you can afford a 60/14 combo with 42's.

im in the process of doing the same thing with a 90 yj, but ive changed everything, got a chev 383, t400 and 205. getting the axles on now, but i have to re do all of the suspension to hold the d60 and 14bolt, thinking 4 link in the rear. as for the flares, just get fat, metal ones put on, thats what im planing. T&S suspension in langley is looking up some ideas ill let you know what ive planed once i talk to them, probably tomorrow (wed).[cheers]

daves a good guy but nothin ever get's done cheap around there ... id definatly think about the 4 link rear and extending ur wheelbase while u are at it ...[cheers]

thats the plan, stick that front axle out a few more inches. gonna have some drive shaft angle problems in the rear thou, oh well, we'll see what happens
