I used 6" ford ranger coils and four linked the front. Lots of differant ways, can use leaf springs aswell. If you want there is lots of info on www.zr2.com. a few differances between the z and non z truck but 99% the same. If you are interested in going with four link let me know and I will post some pics for you.

i have a dana 30 thats comming out of a s 10 becaus im putting a dana 60 in insted. but some one has already spoken for the knuckes:S un less i can gett a good price for the axle. its a dana 30 with 4 10 gears open and has the 200 gran charokey outters but i changes the bolt patern so its the same as the s 10. and i just ran a stock rear end. i wish had the matching rear but i broke it so i just have a 2 wd rear in it till the 14 bolt gose in. im running leafs all around. s 10 rear so its no big deal swaping the back to the front exct. sprin over rear right now and sprin under fron keep me level but im going spring over all around and shcles rear. hopeing to fit 40's on it

toyota diff would only work if a chev had a pasager side t cace they have driver side thats y u need a driver side diff like the dana 30 that i have other wise u have to change your t cae exct.

ya thats why i'm swaping the t case with a 208 t case from an 86 blazer so that way it does work. i'm usig the toyota axles because they're already paid for and i'm ot rolling in money or anything, and the rear axle is bolted in aready im just trying to put the front in but the leave sring idea isn't working for me vary well becase the frame is goovy shaped so figured id try coils. lots of people tell me to use the rear springs in the front and it well work but i can't figure out how to make the shackle hanger for the leaves with welding to the frame. :confused0006:

right behind your front cab mount theres a hole use a grade 8 bolt that gose all the way through to the other side and use full sized chevy rear shacles. the bolt i used was just a U bolt that wasent bet. there clasified as a grad 8 then just but a brace on the in side of the frame were the sacle whent. i also driled the hole out and sleaved it as well. and i do find the rear springs from the s 10 to flex realy well. i jave a pack of 5 in the ront and still flexes prity good. last time i lifted it up with a fork lift i got over 30 inched off the grond . ive alos had a few guys think my truck was broken when it was realy flexed out all though they were susiki guys.

IF the guy was used chevy full size parts then it coud work but if he was used s10 parts then the t case coud not work because the full size and s10 chevy t cases are opasit sids for the dirve shaft s10 are on the lift and fill size are on the right
