Hey there, my name is Colin. I've been a long time browser of this site, and know a few people here and I just picked up my first 4by last night. I traded my little Jetta for a 91 XJ with a 3.5 inch lift, 32 inch mud terrains, and a bunch of other goodies. Lookin forward to gettin out there and meetin some of you folks! take er easy, and if she's easy take er twice.[36]

you made an awesome trade!!!

01-23-2007, 10:50 PM
thanks guys, I do miss my Jetta already, it was just a fun little go cart, but I made this trade so I could go places my Jetta couldn't take me, a raised Jeep does alot better than a lowered Jetta when you turn off the pavement... can't wait for summer.

(ps... needed something to tow my quad with too)

oh yah, burning mattress, i'd love to catch someone doin that!! once saw i couple guys out at the river (pegleg in chilliwack) stop and throw out a car battery!! we quickly went and picked it up chased them down threw it on their hood and said i think y'all drop something!! a week later my windshield was mysteriously smashed!! what ever shiny new chev with bent up hood cost more to fix than a windsheild!!

01-27-2007, 12:27 PM
dont worry, its just a wooden dresser.... no mattress' or car batteries... I hear wood burns pretty good

thanks guys... well I didnt even get a chance to take her out and devirginize her... I was gettin 'er ready for sunday on saturday afternoon, fluid changes, rear shocks yadda yadda... but I snapped the mounting bolt clean off one of the rears. I just need to get my hands on a 1/2 inch drive drill so I can drill out the bolt and put in a new one... but there's always next sunday.
