Can a camper on a dodge make it down to Hail creek without doing damage??

Ive got a freind that was lookin to go down but its a brand new truck ,stock etc , I know Surrey_sinner did it two years ago with his truck camper and 4 quad trailer im just wondering if the conditions have worsened to make a differance !

Thanks Bruce !

To be honest when i did it, i was a little surprised on 2 river spots that where steep going down.

Coming back up was a little harder on the camper i found.

No damage to the truck at all , but the chains on the camper broke a few times.

If its a brand new camper i wouldnt do it from the way my truck reacted doing it.

It might get down but going back up could be a problem.

My friend got a tent trailer in there with a stock 1/2 ton chev. There was some minor damage, but not much.

If it's a new truck and camper I wouldn't try it.
I was there on new years and the trail gets pretty nasty for that set up, unless you go real slow. It took me 20 min. in my jeep just to drive down from the main road.
What I'm saying is I hope he's not in front of me.

That was a good time.:D

And Bruce, Thats why I'm not going.
I'm not bringing my old dodge and camper cuz even minimal damage would be to much.:(
