I am going to be doing some bolt-on performance on my 1979 f250 351M motor...

I already got the cam and valvetrain parts figured out, the intake/carb and headers are done already so the next thing I will need will be a new ignition system. First company I thought of was MSD but I also found another really cool product called the DUI Distributor all in one, its got the coil and everything built in with the cap, all you need is one 12v hot wire and its a drop in piece....

...Or if anybody is running an msd on their old ford, which one should I get and how much?

[cheers]

The ford ignition is pretty good just put on a good coil and go with that.

I put a rebuilt distributor and a MSD coil in my Bronco, runs great but it dies when I hit mud.
