After the turn-off to Big White, Grannie want to put the big Ford truck into 4 wheel drive. Grannie slow down and pull over but snow soft catch the tires & pull us into the ditch. Big oops!!! I hollered, "Grannie bad driver!" Grannie should have waited until we find a pull-out. We stopped 3 vehicles and one big, new Chey truck pulled us out. No pictures but we stopped later after cutting our Christmas tree and took photos of the tire tracks and some little bit of damage. Bush guard and lights a little crooked and driver side plastic come off.

We found a perfect Christmas tree and had hot chocolate with hot dogs at my Uncle's cabin. Tomorrow, I go ice fishing with Grandpa at Yellow lake.

Yes! Every year we go out cut our Christmas tree. One year - icy roads - had to buy our tree from a lot. Needles fall off twice as fast as the trees that are cut out of the woods. [41]

Later tonight, I phoned Elk Motel that is near Yellow Lake to ask the staff about the ice fishing. They said - ice not thick enough. No people on the ice. Grandpa and I go up Hwy. 33 where we were today and ice fish on small lake - MacDonald Lake. [41] [cheers] [41]

Whenever you buy a tree from a tree pimp ya always wanna cut off the bottom four inches so it can take water otherwise the end is plugged up with sap [cheers]

Hey taxi, i went past yellow lake on sunday, there was 2 guys fishin at the one end where its frozen over, on the way back they were gone and the ice was thawing out quite a bit. You might have to wait for colder weather. Nice job on the tree[cheers]
