go for a good drive on the street for about 20 min. go back and let the truck sit to cool down and repeat 3 more times. that simple. good luck[36]

Don't listen to Mini, I have worked at new car dealers for the last 14 years, and the way we (mechanics) break in all new cars/trucks with limited slip is do a big smoky burnout with some oil, but only put oil on ONE back tire. That way the clutch pack will have a chance to really seat in.

Good question

Hammmer down and make it bite just don't glaze em up just drive it normally then when u hit a puddle or somthin slick hammer down repeat when ever u get the chance

change your diff fluid after the first 1000 km to remove any fresh wear particles...

detroit do not require a breakin.... aside from testing it with the rotation of the tires after initial install.

unless u put new gears in...

and i would recommend changing fluid after the first 500km

^i'll give that way a shot.. seems logical.

i guess i'll have to take it easy on the truck for a while..... lame.

i'd like to thank dodge for not getting suspecious as to why my LSD is blown, and my truck was caked in mud. free rear end rebuild for the win.

How much more warranty do you have?

Take it wheeling. That'll break it in. Or break it.

i only have 5000k left
and they said they weren't even supposed to fix it because its not covered under the "powertrain" warranty or some shit.. but they did it anyways because someone fucked up.
