im lookin to find someone that might have a wiring harness and possably a comptr for a 87xj

Head out to Chilliwack pick a part the have a few rows of them and there prices are cheap.I was in there today in the rain .pulling an intake of a 2.8 .

If your Jeep is an 87, it doesn't have the 2.8.....They stopped puttin those in Jeeps in 86...

I might know where there is a complete cherokee for parts, if that will help.I I know that it has a 2.8 that is running, but is up in Kelowna area.

still lookin' eh , maybe it's about time to spend $500 for an 87+ xj with a 4.0.
you could swap over all the good parts and sell the rest!
just a suggestion , cause you seem to be [27]
I know of an 88 wagoneer already lifted for $900(may need an ecu though)

dude i wish i did that in the beginning[!] fuck i just bought a new 2.8 and a total of $2ooo into it and bought it for a traded valued at 1100 for it now im thinking i might have to do the swap or just buy another truck and use this jinked bomb for parts [27] thanx for looking for me its been helpful.. brand new harness is going to be about $1000 from dealership what a joke that was

exactly what harness do you need? I work at the dealer in chilliwack. do you have a part# maybe?

I thought the Jeep 2.8 is just a chevy 2.8? Try and look at a Chevy 2.8 they are everywhere, Cavaliers, S-10's and Camaros.

Lemme guess, your fuse box fuse contacts have rotted away? Mine did, or they would bust and fall out whenever I pulled a fuse. I didn't want to change the whole harness, so I spliced a used fuse panel into the harness right at the firewall. Try Ralph's Empire in Abby, they have a few older Cherokees.
