A friend of mine has a D44 out of a 76 Full size Jeep. It is a full time axle. Just wondering what the differance is between a Dodge/Jeep D44 steering knuckle and a GM 10Bolt/Gm D44? Is it possible to fit these knuckles to a GM Corp 10?

Hey cam, I got a d44 3/4 ton p/t in a suburban, as well as one out on it's own, but I think It's a f/t. If you want it, come on by. P.S. the one in the suburban comes with the suburban.
