After hearing about the damage done to Norrish during the rains, I figured I go take a peek. WOW...

Sadly, during the filming of this video a dear friend lost his battle with the elements and has now been put to rest.

Powershot A400

You will be missed!

That being said.... this vid i s special to me... It was the last time this digi was alive. Think of him as you watch

Nice vid. We had a flood a while back in Alberta, and OMG did it change the landscape. There were wheelers that had to be helicoptered out, and roads would get to a bridge, and then there was no way to get to the bridge because the banks had washed away. The ditches were flat because most of the road gravel had washed down them, and left smooth places to travel, but the road was unusable because it looked like Drumheller. Very spooky how fast it came up, and how trapped you can get.

Very informative vid, you know you're terminology. Ah well, with the destruction of old trails comes new ones.
