tolerances must be bang on or your studs will oosen up..

also i would recommend new studs

measure your id on the rims then match that to your caliper& rotor dimensions

would it not be easier to just run the proper rim?

I dont want to buy another set of wheels and adapters for the rear. i just bought bran new wheels and now im scrapping the ttb for a d 44. caliper and rotor will be fine i just hope the center will be big enough for the hub to come through

im sure the hub will fit, and why not just buy a new rotor that will fit, im sure theirs a certain one that would....

They don't fit. I checked into that when i did my D44 Swap. 5x5.5 is your only realistic solution.

do u have the d35?? if so, you CAn put the 35 knukles on a 44 house and retain all the 35 brakes and suchs. just have to put the 35 outer shafts on to the 44 in shafts and a way you go(they take the same u-joint)

That's an old rumour. Its doesn't actually work. The 44 and the 35 would have to share the same balljoints for that to work and they don't. Nice wishfull thinking though.

how is upgrading from a ttb d35 to a solid d44 with chromoly inner's c.t.m u joints and chromoly stub shafts cheaping out. also getting my bran new rotors sent to a machine shop to get the bolt pattern changed dangerous???? tell me please. if not keep you uneducated opiniouns to your self. I will be buying new rims and converting the rear. Any time your in the area and care to discuss this on a further level feel free to pm me and we can get together it sounds like you know alot of stuff. [1d]

online dating is'nt my thing thanks though. did'nt know that you were going in the right direction and it sounded a little hillbilly at first SORRY. but you have to admit that building a d60 is a much better base to start with, but to each his own right
