So, whilst scouring auto wreckers and abandonded houses, what kind of a front end should I be looking for as I know someday the Dana 30 is going to be replaced. What would be the same wheel bolt pattern and tuffer than Popeye? Thanks in advance people. [cheers]

Toy diffs won't work in a YJ the pumpkin is on the wrong side.

Easiest frt diff swapp into the YJs, Joe, is the Dana 44 out of a 1980-1991 full size Wagoneer 4 dr they will be the correct side drive and they are just about a bolt in deal the spring pads on the Waggys are only about 3/8-1/2 in farther apart than the spring pads on the YJ

yes, thanks...turns out a guy at work has a 93 Dana 60 spindles and out, I can sell the spindles and keep what I need. 200 bucks for the whole works with new parts. [36]

Hope to pick up that boat motor next weekend if your gonna be around and if I had any money I would buy that Zook in a minute bro. [cheers]
