If so, do me a favour and crawl under it and read the spicer part number off of the flange that bolts to the D44. That's the driveshaft side flange... (Flanged yoke, I guess it's called)

let me know fi you find it out. i need a couple flenges for a project as well. I need the round style so I can turn it and drill new holes. i've been researching for a while, but can't get any confirmation of what years they used them. I've also read that the tcase flange has the same splines and will work. But I haven't been able to verify any of it yet.

Fun. There's one in the bone yard here. I will have to talk sweet to get wehat I need off of it.

Fucking isuzu's.

But, Ern, if you want to find a specific part by dimension, the spicer web page has a lookup service. You can find anything you need providing you know what it measures (or needs to measure).

And epic, no, some came with a strange version of the D44. Well, it's pretty normal other than factory disk brakes, a HD cover with cooling fins, and extra bracing. And it doesn't use a yoke on the pinion, but a flange like a ford 8.8 or toy axle. Oh, and I think it's 63" WMS-WMS, meaning that I can think of a really good application for it. Oh, and they often came with 4.56's/LSD or something.

t case flange off of a rodeo is the same as what?
why do you want one arron?

I need 2 flanges that are 27 spline for my dana300 conversion. I want a flange to bolt ontot the tcase so I can keep my toy friveshafts. D44 splines are the same as the d300 and are interchangeable.

And I've read that Isuzu uses flanges on their diffs & t-cases. Some Isuzu's came with a d44, but some had a square flange that cannot be turned and redrilled to fit my toy driveshaft, whereas others are round and have plenty of meat to redrill. i've also read that certain years/models used the round style flanges with 27 splines on the t-case as well.

The flanges I need are sorta like this:

only problem is i don't know the dimensions...

let me know what you find out at the wreckers. I know there's a couple troopers at the chilliwack pick a part. So I might go take a look when I get the chance.

Well, I'm flat out fucked. They hadn't put the rodeo on the lift yet, so I couldn't look at it.

hmm, bigest I got is 30mm whcih is about 1-1/8.....

if its d44 axle with a round flange like the ones pictured then it should be the one I need. Can you measure the flang diameter and also the spacing of the bolts?[cheers]

Oh, I'd call the dealer in k-town, but the converstaion will go like this:

'Hi, I'm looking for the companion flange for the rear driveshaft on a isuzu rodeo, say, uh, 94?"

"Does that have they grey interior, or black?"

"Hell if I know."

"Are you visually challenged? We can look it up using your VIN number."

"I don't own a Rodeo."

"Is this a prank?"

"No, damnit, I need the companion flange, or the part number for it, off an 94 rodeo!"

"Well, I'm sorry, but what is a companion flange?"

Etc...

Maybe Monday I'll call.

hmm.. I'm not sure if that one would work, but if you do get the chance to get some measurements for me that would be awesome.

What kind of flange is on the rear diff?
