Actually it's only about 150km north/north-west from Whistler
two ways to get there
1: Warner pass from Lilooet/Gold Bridge - problem it that as far as I know it is only a hiking trail, though I heard of people taking that route in winter on sleds
2: From Williams lake go west to Hanceville, then head south about 70km to Taseko Lake Hunting Lodge , and another 70km south on an awesome trail to far side of Upper Taseko Lake and dom't miss the Red Mountain about mid way on this trail (get the Cariboo Chilcotin Coast BC Backroad Mapbook)

Most of that stuff is possible in a good 4X4.
My buddy had his '79 Bronco up there on most of those trails few years back.
Just don't go there if you don't like your car scratched up a bit.

It's posts like this that show people who sit in the city there whole lives doing nothing are truley missing.

Can't wait for my kid to get a little older, I would love to show him places like that.

I guess a Quad is next on my list.

Great pics man! Cheers` [cheers]
