fi you plan on doing more difficult trails, SAS the front, 5" springs, and 35's, 5.29's, lock the rear at least

hey i did a 88 runner, pulled the body and put it on a 85 runner frame. put a 12" lift and some 5:29 gears, cut out flares. The 4runners are top heavy so gotta get some wide rubber on em.
cheers

Not that top heavy.......maybe it has to do with the 12" lift

Hey, we rented 4runners when i worked in the bush. Had them on two wheels( sideways) more than once. Wrecked a few also. We all thought that they were top heavy. No lift in those ones.
They sit just right with a foot of lift!!!
