went out to check out matts new truck tonight, looks awesome and sounds killer, but he magaed to screw it up already...ill let him fill in the details.

I think its the transfer case.. It starter banging under my feet and when i stoped a turnd around to go back to work to park it it started grinding at idle turnd it off 2 guys helped me push it across the intersection didnt get there names BUT THANK YOU VERY MUCH nice to know there is good people out there still and my Buddy JDBronco who came to my rescue! ANyways grinding went away and i lmped it back to the shop now i just gotta wait till the mechanic has time to look at it.

grinding at an idle... wouldn't be the t case, only spins when moving. tranny flexplate or torque converter more like it

or it could have been a very loud vibration but im sure it was a grinding the whole inside vibrates like crazy when running
its still a damn nice truck[f]

prolly between the two ive seen the input splines on the case burn out before

Yeah it has to be the the transfer case i dont see it being anything else..
owell ill let the mechanic look at it and see what he says..
