hey all i have question

I put a 4'' rough cunt stiff ass lift in my jeep that already had a 3'' body lift
in it and in my opinion its not high enough and every one who looks at it
says '' no way thats a 4'' lift '' :( i guess its my bad for buyin the cheep lift

but my question is can i use shackels to lift in 1-2'' more inches with out
haveing to upgrade drive shaft angles ?

pic taken after lift with 31'' tires 4''susp+3''body=7''ya right[wtf][27][16]

i think u got the 2.5" kit [f].... long shackles will just fuck ur springs ....because u are pushing one side down father than the other end and the center point is still the same so ur spring will fatigue fast and then u will be closer to ur tires :( ... can u say it sucks and take it back to gemini... ? lol warrenty with loranne ...hahhahahhahahhahah .... good luck ...:D

i am sure big b is right..but for every inch u get a 1/2 of lifts..some people put bigger shackles some people dont...for many reasons bad approach angles and a bad pinion angle..just my 2 cents..

edited to insert poky guy above...

it has many downsides but it can be done ... u didn't sound like u where looking for tempary solutions .... u can shackle reverse the front and push the mounts down equal to ur extra long shakles and same in the rear but u don't have to swap ends ... if u can find 4 cyl diffs they are all 4:10s ... once again ...good luck...

like BIGB said looks like you got a 2.5" kit, no way would a 4" lift plus 3" bodly look that low. the people you got it from must have ordered the wrong kit.

my YJ with mix n match 4" lift and 2" body sits at a nice height but the leafs are crap and don't flex. i also have the cheap H bar shackles and i do not recomend them.

so i took it to nutbars shop and he said bad angle and pull rear spring shims.
so i did and it worked. gemini guy said never had to pull rear shims ever
i wonder[wtf]
