thats what I thought, check your motor mounts or maybe put in a limiter

i will check that out

you could have possibly installed a ford cable, ensuring prompt breakage. Replace with toyota cable immediatly.

jb weld'd them up, hopefully that works
how'd you check the mounts?
through the truck in gear and in 4wheel...hold brake and see how far you shifters move when letting the clutch out slow.

thanks peggy
check to make sure your ground wire off of the throttle cable is mounted goodeder or else it gets some sort of static charge and the cable will fray and stick inside the casing (breakin shortly thereafter)
also check which slot you are runnin the throttle cable through the mount on top of the head (there's a couple of slots and some angles put more tension on the cable makin it break earlier). i actually ended up drilling a new hole in the mount where i thought the cable should go and it's worked better
new cable is about $100 from toyota and i'd suggest it cuz otherwise you may be gettin someone else's old frayed cable
hope this helps [cheers]
