Had the same problem in my Cherokee, replaced the coil and the TDC sensor, the problem turned out to be the fuel pump relay.

Sounds like the same problem I had, changed the Idle Air Control that seems to have fixed it

Rod If you can wait I will get my wife to check on friday .... and don't forget she is a Jeep parts rep!!![Shhh] [Shhh] So if ya need oem parts they could be way cheaper (depends on the parts)[cheers]

Rod if you're driving it again and it stalls out try jumping the fuel pump relay (assuming it has one :D). Does the fuel pump cycle when you turn the key to 'on' when it stalls out and you try to stat it again? Other than that you can try testing the sensors with a voltmeter.

I just had the same problem Nutbar told me to get it scanned for a sensor problem and that is exzactly what it was it was one of the coolant temp sensors or someshit like that but it could also be the idle air controll do what Nutbar suggested to me and get it scanned [cheers]

sounds like what mine was doin' and it was the relay for the fuel pump but it could be the iac as well.next time it stalls open your door and listen to see if the pump starts up. other than that nutbar is right get it scanned
what,s the jeep? that helps to start. different years different problems. oh yeah and i got a scanner.
