You will hardly notice it for highway driving and it will improve flex off road so take it off I never reinstall the track bars on a YJ when I do a lift on them.

Lose them both, all they do is add weight and cause bind on a leaf-sprung vehicle.

track bars as in sway bars or are these something different?

A track bar is the same thing as a panhard bar controls lateral movement of the axle under the vehicle ( or the vehicles track ) you have one in the frt of the B2

It will help the right side droop alot more and as far as it keeping the diff in line yes that is what a trac bar is supposed to do on a suspension that has no other lateral control device but on leaf springs they don't want to swing side to side much anyways so the trac bar is somewhat redundant especially when you look at all of the earlier leaf sprung frt axles Jeep CJs Ford one tons Dodges Chevys, the list goes on, none of those had a frt trac bar on their leaf springs, it was just an attempt by jeep to make YJs trac a little nicer. So get rid of the trac bar you won't be disapointed you probably won't even notice that it is gone, like I said before I always remove both trac bars and the sway bar when I do a lift on the YJs.
