Just alittle worried is all i wanna do it because i can go more places and have tons of fun but im afraid to do it cuz i dont know what can go wrong... What wrongs can go wrong

u will wear your tires on pavment and it fishtails like a sob in the snow as for breakage well more likley somthing will break as now there is little to no give in the driveline..

i have driven both my trucks welded and loved it mind ya im easy on my shit .......

i was but then my parents told me if i sold it i cant buy another truck till ive graduated... they think it would be irresponsible for me to sell it seen as how ive had 2 vehicles since april 25th of this year

i do i finde people tend to break less stuff because th axles are less likely to be shok loaded your tiers will wear like erasers with normal street driving consider an insert locker for a few hun or if ya want er welded give me a pm

I wouldn't do it personally..

Especially not on a vehicle that spends most of its time on the road..

Weld the front maybe? atleast you wont wear out your tires on the street (your XJ has a vacuum disconnect axle right?)

If you want to keep axles and U joints in that little dana 30 in the frt of the XJs leave it open - do not lock it and especialy do not weld it
