Has anyone used the Novak kit to install a chev v8 with a turbo 350 trans in to a YJ?

I have a SBC 350 in my jeep. I got the Motor mount brackets through lodrco. They seem to have worked just fine so far. Although, i don't have a TH350 behind the motor. I may be changing that very shortly... and i see no reason to why it won't work.
Novak seems to have a really good product from what i have heard, however I have no actual experience with the company.
Personally... If i had to do the V8 swap again... i would probably go with a ford mustang 302 HO... They are lighter... burn less fuel... the radiator has the inlets and outlets on the right sides... I think they will cool easier... and you get multiport fuel injection. Plus the aftermarket for them is endless. The distributor is also at the front of the engine, which in the case of the YJ, you won't have to worry about contact to your firewall.
Then use a ford tranny and t-case... the drop out is on the drivers side... so you can use the jeep diff... or upgrade to a HP44 or HP60 without a lot of trouble.
Just a suggestion though. The chevy SBC is quite doable as well.

Sorry... i don't... i just walked in to lordco, and told them i needed conversion motor mounts for a SBC going in a YJ.... They said no problem... I had them in two days.
I was dealing with the lordco in Salmon Arm.
