I just got my carb freshly rebuilt then went otu and blew my engine. I wont be needing my carb for liek 7 months or more. I was wondering what is the aest way to store it with otu getting it full of crap. Also its all muddy on the outside whats the best way of cleanigh it out without wrecing it.( I wanna make it look nice for the new engine) haha.

i work at a junk yard and we pressure wash them then let them soak in a bucket of gas to get rid of them water, then spray with wd40 and saran wrap for storage.

seems to make sense.I'd run carb clean once its been unwrapped to get any residue off cause wd40 would otherwise collect dirt.
