My question is if i do this swap in the front and have 7.25" Shackles will I have problems with the Driveshaft and steering components?

Probably. Those springs flex pretty good, so if you have the stock 'push-pull' steering you'll need to upgrade. You'll also run out of slip joint travel on the driveshaft and may need to run some high angle capable CV or U-joints.

You could always use bumpstops and limit straps to keep things cool until you can upgrade...

I agree, offset u-joints have solved my angles and I'm still running a centered limiting strap untill I get a long spline slip on the front shaft

Were those the Tom Woods superjoints? If so how do find the vibes with those?

ya, tom wood's 1350 offset ujoints on both ends of my front shaft, I don't notice any vibs, last week acidently left a hub locked in for 10 miles at 65 mph with no problems
