so some know some dont ive decided to finaly put a good motor in the lj so i thought i would start a thred

a little history for thouse who dont know ive had my zuk for 7 years now and i think im on my 8th motor hers the list

lj .8ltr
sj 1ltr
datsun l20b 2ltr
ford 2.3turbo
toy 22r
toy 22r

so the toy motors havent been the best but i havent paid more than $200 for one what are my options

22re rebuilt (im not an engin guy and its gona start as a 20year old motor and im not big in to wiering the reharness

deisil toy or vw
the toy deisles are hevy and reqier a diferent tranny lot o work not enough gain

vw expensive and a mail order night mair to get er all in an no one could tell me if it was gona be enough motor for what i wanted

new toy motor
well this it the rought im going

i got a 2rz from a 99tacoma it will not go with my dual trannies so i have parted ways with them i will be running a w56 5spd(toy) with a toy range box coupled to a danna 300
danna 300?
why not the toy doubler
because a dana 300 can be a true twinstick
so i have all the parts
i need a bellhousing and flywheel and imwaiting for my ott stuff

sj-x 500
