I was driving down suicide pass yesterday had the brakes on then all of a sudden there was a loud mettalic sound after that every time i applied the brakes or went over rough ground I get a noise that is coming from the front drivers side that almost sounds as though something is loose. I also get it when I put the steering hard over to the drivers side. I have checked all the ujoints and they seem fine anyone got any idea what it might be?

make sure coil is seated, and the trackbar joint at the frame is always a culprit, kinda hard to check without jacking it up and wiggle the piss out of it[cheers]

Not the brakes they are fine. I checked the trac bar (couldn't see anything wrong) Coils are fine as well. Matt could I bring it over for you to have a look at it? If so could I bring it over Saturday Morning?

Check to make sure that you do not have a rock wedge inside that caliber that is grinding on the rotor

[15] [15] [15] DON'T BE SILLY!!! The noise is a worn 4 wheel drive selector bearing on the transfer case (Thanks again Matt) Rocks in my brakes [15] [15] [15] [15] [15] [15] Sorry Mike but that is just too funny.
