It is not called a Trac bar a Trac bar = Panhard bar which controls lateral movement of the axle(side to side movement) a traction bar = ladder bar or radius arm.

and for axle wrap is it spring over axle if so that will be the source of most of the wrap problem I would tell you to get rid of the spring over and put in a good lift kit, if it is spring under axle then the only real cure would be to install some kind of ladder bar.

I had an 'anti-wrap' bar when I was spring over. If you use a shackle on the front pivot point it will allow the bar to change length with the leaf spring to prevent binding. It is also a good idea to use a flexible joint of some sort on the front end with the shackle to prevent binding during articulation. Mount it at two points on the axle. Keep it close to the center of the axle and keep the angle of the bar as flat as possible to reduce 'jacking'.

The other option is a wristed setup. Use 2 piece of round tube, one being smaller than other. Set the 2 pieces up in the anti wrap bar so that they slide into each other.

This allow the bar the change length and twist side to side.
