what kinda exhaust should I put on my bronco..........straight pipes 3 inch and cherry bombs, 2 inchfrom headers to flowmaster then 3 inch after that, or just have 2.5 inch and flomasters comin out the side before the back tires.......any other recomendations would be greatly apriciated

If its a big block c/w headers then a good set up is run 2.5 into a mufflr that has two 2.5 inlets and has a one 3.5 outlet. Bang for buck the best setup for trail and perf.

Alot of guys on FSB.com have bassani shorty headers and y-pipe, highflow cat and flowmaster, 3inch all the way, Im probably gonna go the same route.

next time I do exhaust on an big block I will run from the headers 2.5 to a y into one 4 inch pipe then a flowmaster 40 series.and tailpie also 4 inch out to the back.

well I went and got it done today and ended up gettin 3 inch from my headers to HUGE!!! cherry bomb then dual 3 inch after that looks great I strongly recomend any of you okanagan guys to go to pipe dreams in Ok Falls the guys is tallented he can definatly make ice cream outta horse shit thats foresure

im going right from the header collector in to 2.5" flow masters and then 4" outlet with a 5" tip right in front of the rear wheels and there the old skool 2 chamber flowmasters

remember that if your roof comes off you can't have the exhaust come out before the tires.you may get in ka ka,It is bad or so they tell me.

2" no cats dual cherry bombs that dump strait to the ground half way down the truck! no probs with the roof off but if i just have the windows down i get a few fumeszzzzzzzzz.z..z.............

flows are the way to go, i had 40's 2.5" in and out on my 318. gave it a nice rumble, shook the top off any 5.0L

I used to go to Midas in Vernon, he was very reasonable.
Last year,
Did my buddies Ford SC duals, manifolds to in front of the rear wheels for $350.
Did my 4Runner 2 1/4" manifold to rear with Turbo for $250.
Went to him with my '93 Bronco, wanted 2 into 1 (cut at the cats) muffler & a 3" tail pipe, $800.00

Guess I'll be doing it myself now.

If you're gonna get headers get long tubes...way better flow than shorties...

when i did my v8 swap, i used hedman swap headers(junk) 2.250 pipe to glasspacks and 2.250 out sounds pretty good but needs a y pipe
