well the shackels were resting on what was left of the frame....

not good at all

boxed the frame and mounted these had some spare time at work...

what do ya mean. damn yjs are 12 to 20 years old. how long should you be able to wheel the piss outa it before it's got 1 or 2 problems?

the boxing is not the problem it is all the areas in side that accumulate shit and cause rust from inside out,,,,,

any way here is a pic of the repair boxed the frame on 3 sides till i can drop the tank and attached the hangers with c channel

cleaned out most of the brittle shit then plated from the c channel to the top radius of the frame the only thing that wasnt rusty...
