hey i have a 91 ford explorer it drive fine when i'm driving but when i'm parked or in drive at a stop light it sputters and jumps
could this be the fuel pump,fuel filter or what

Obviosly the first choices to look at ! Fuel filter and fuel pump !

Check for a vacuum leak or a sparkplug wire off or intermittant.
Keep trying things it could be sooo many things[cheers]
mine used to surge realy bad when idleing , i took off the TPS and soaked it in gun was for a few hours and rinsed it out , havent had a prob since (well not with that problem anyways)
...And if you fix it quick HWA has a explorer 4x4 run going on , but you may have missed it by about three years

filter usually is bad if it sputters and misses if you put it under load or put your foot to the floor...

ya i'm going to try the filter first
