Who makes a decent 4" lift for an 87 runner? I wanna run 33's[cheers]

2 or 3inch body lift. dont waste $$ on susp. lift. i got 33's on my 87 pick up... stock.... rubs in the front a little....

Not a big fasn of the body lift, but after a quote of $1400.00 + for the Pro Comp including rear leafs I may have to consider that. Trying to pull some strings on that right now though, lol =)

i agree for the cost and efort not realy worth it but if your gona do it the procomp stage three kit is realy nice
or look into the traill gear sas kit bout the same monie and dificulty to install and this is the most complete sas kit i have ever seen it real all there

I put a 3" body lift in my p/u and I run 33's fine, go with that alot cheaper for now until you know what you want to do

Don't waste your time with a body lift. What are they good for? If I was you, I'd do a SAS and lift it.

well for one.. its a fuck of a lot cheaper then a sas.
cheap easy lift if you dont got the $$ for sas.

i'd do a body lift over ifs lift any day..... max is 2inches that i'd go...

i did a 3" body on my taco and run 33s with no poblems and cheap

Superlift is generally considered stronger then the pro-comp. I looked into it extensively when I still had my '91. The procomp diff drop brackets are bolted together and use the stock toyota piece that comes out, the superlift replaces it all with a one piece bracket. It's sturdier and keeps your alignment better.
I've seen them floating around used for pretty cheap.

There is a front trailmaster IFS lift in the BC4x4 for sale section for $500. Lifting the rear for your truck is pretty easy. Shocks are generally always extra.

sas it and get some chev's or F150's for the rear, way more versatile/fun. Don't waste your time/money on a body lift.

2" body lift is what i have and i can run 33s fine. also if you do sas later still gives you a bit extra to stuff tires into the fender and keep low center of gravity.

a 2" body, 33s, rear locker (detroit softlocker not lockritegay) and your truck will amaze you at what it can do.

nothing against lockrite btw, just for bush beaters imo toyota is too quality of truck to not buy top of the line.

I already have a bush truck (Stupid Truck), so I'll probably just keep the runner stock and run 31's, sounds like too much work for a fat lazy fucker, I gotta do all sorts of shit to other one and only so much time and $$.
