Finished up the lift today by mounting/balancing the 31's at work. I took my time installing it, working a couple hours in the evenings after work. Probably took me about 12 hours or so, way longer then anticipate but had some broken/siezed bolts to deal with! Pretty impressed with the height the RE 3.5 super flex gave me as the stock springs were sacked badly and both front coils were broken on the very bottom half a coil. So all in all, got 6 inches of actual lift from it, measured with the stock tires at the wheel wells front and rear. After the springs break in, I still expect to get 4.5 to 5" which is a hell of a lot better then when I bought it!

Brake line relocate which turns out to be not enough. At full flex and wheel turned, the lines are tight! Gotta find some longer ones.

He's sending them out tomorrow! [36] The 4.10's will be a nice (necessary!) addition to the 31's, and the rear locker is an added bonus too! Thanks John for taking a look at them for me! [cheers] Owe you beers next time we meet up!

Nykoma, the kit is a Rubicon Express. They just used the BDS box to ship the shocks in. Priced out a BDS kit, was $1800 for the 4.5" lift!

Yep that sure is a nice kit, I'm running the same on mine ( flexes awesome)and am now putting in 2" blocks as well to give a bit more clearance for my 32" muds, and re-gearing to 4.56's, will post pic's when complete. [cheers]

Thanks! Got the rear end done finally, hope to work on the front gears this week or next, or........ not enough spare time in the week! Plus my Dad is down from QC for the month, so going to be doing lots of quadding with him as well as some work on his old Toyota. Will let you know when it's on the road!

As for the boggers, would be nice! It's going to be a daily driver, towing the quad, etc. I did manage to upgrade my 31" AT's, swapped them for a set of mud tires (BFG look a likes) at work from one of the used trucks, straight across! [36]
