If you buy the gears from Suzuki, Breeze can weld them together for you. That's what I did a few years ago so I don't really remember the pricing but it was up there.....
Spidertrax, Petroworks, and Calimini all sell those kits.... You can buy just the gears you need or the whole t-case done for you. Pricing will depend on what you want [cheers]

well right now i have zero dollars but that is the first thing i wanna do to the zuki cause its running 33s with stock gears and 1.3 injected. but what i was thinking is should i just find a sidekick 2wd tranny cause they are tougher??? and do the gear swap to that or just do it to my sammy case. hey ucan have you guys decided where in loops yer going to live? sahali is the way to go haha

Sidekick 2wd tranny is not any tougher. I am on my third, and they are getting hard to find cheep. Re bearing your stock one and enjoy the longer mid shaft . 250$
To built a 4 to 1 case is going to run you about 7 to 8 hun new gears Welded may be a bit cheaper. with all new bearings, if you build it.
I do not know about gears for diffs i run yota.

to get a used 84 case you're lookin at 2-3 hun, 200 to get it welded, then get bearigns seals etc. for 50-100? not sure. plus you still need a stock t-case

if you can find a stock 84 case for two to three hun canadia. sign me up. I'll take two. Stock piling is never bad
Two months ago i picked up the trail tough 4 .16 for the sami t case.
Trail tough gears only. $500 canadian to my door.
suzuki: 1 countershaft, 2 end thrust washers, all new needle bearing races( 4 ) and three new seals. $190
picked up the five roller bearings sets at kamon for $65
All that for $755 cnd plus some oil and 5 hrs work.
So 300 for case
200 to weld
190 at suzuki
65 for regular bearings other bearings
It is the same price and you get new gears, and it is so much simpler than trying to find a good 84 case, to weld gears. Much more of a selection to get a newer cases to build a good quiet case out of.

i paid 200 for mine, i bought 2, sold the second for 300.
my original t-case i sold for 350 a few years ago.

whats so special about the 84 case??? and on a side not, any of you know what a spool would cost me for stock sammy gears

weld the fucker, you'll snap an axle before you break the carrier.
the 84 *baby lobster* is the only one which you can steal teh gears from to make the 4.16.

oooh, well what about just buying a gear kit from trail tough or soemthing??? how would it be with a welded rear on 33 12.5's and its a dd and just easy wheelin. although i may try and go to the 32 11.5 sx's or bfg for more street worthy tire
